Time varies depending on the company and sometimes the demand. Generally we anticipate 2-3 weeks to receive an order.
Are my windows returnable?
Because the majority of our windows are special order, they are not returnable.
How do I measure for a new window?
The most accurate method is to remove any trim surrounding the window either on the interior or exterior. Your building contractor will be able to help you with this.
